Minimum 5 years exeperience in similar role with 5* property in hotels
or resorts. Reporting to Executive chef, taking in charge of the kitchen
in abance of executive chef. This role is for a exeprienced sous chef
or executive chef who wants a new life style and challange for the
busy summer ahead .Also has lots of exeprience in a la carte, banquet
and weddings.
